The Entente' is a Brighton, UK based design and art direction studio formed by Anthony Sheret & Edd Harrington. The studio is named after the relationship between both parties: 'The Friendly Understanding'.

Born in 1977 in Czechoslovakia. He studied at the Institute of Creative Photography and obtained a MA in European Studies from the École des hautes études commerciales in Nice, France. He has done stays in Jerusalem and in Mexico City, and in 2007, he was awarded with the Prix BMW—Photomeetings Luxembourg. His work has been exhibited in Bratislava, London, Krakow, and New York.

"In this series I humbly aim at concepts of beauty, which is based on a complex of minimal differences between individual interpretations of beauty. I asked various photo-labs to make me a "beautiful" print out of an image, reminiscent of anonymous decorative landscape paintings, to explore the aesthetics of photo-labs, and to question the issues of seriality and multiplicity of a photographic image. In contrast to the process of production of new and new images, here the multiple unity is constituted by a series of minimal differences between the same image. Instead of endlessly repeating different images, I attempted to create difference by repeating the same image."—Tomas Werner, 2009.

Helen Mycroft is a 23 years old designer and illustrator from Sidney. She is an ideas led creative with a love of type, illustration, shapes and patterns. A graduated from Lincoln University—School of Art and Design, she won in 2008 both YCN and ClearChannel student awards. After having spent some time in England, she is now based in Australia.

"I was given the project title How Far Would You Go" but had the freedom to create anything I wanted from that. I decided to use the opportunity to create something personal. I made the first Gone Too Far photo diary in 2008 and filled it with images and drawing to use as a visual reference of England. This year I made a second issue filled with Australian images. It's a good way to highlight all the cultural references I have collated over the years that I can now use in my design work."—From the artist's site.

Born in 1979 in Alicante, Spain, where she attended a french school. From 2002 to 2008 she studied Visual Communication at the University of the Arts (UdK) in Berlin, Germany. She specialized in Illustration, which was also her focus during her 5 months stay at the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in 2006. Together with the illustrators Till Hafenbrak and Paul Paetzel she founded "Édition Biografiktion" in 2008. She currently works as a freelance Illustrator and graphic designer based in Berlin.

Majid Abbasi

Born in 1965 in Tehran, where he still lives today, Abbasi graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Tehran in 1989 in visual communication. In this same year, he set up the studio Did Graphics Inc. with partner Firouz Shafei. A lecturer at the University of Tehran, following Morteza Momayez’ invitation to join the university’s Faculty of Fine Arts, Abbasi has been a member of the board (2003-2006) and treasurer of the Iranian Graphic Designers Society (IGDS). A more recent venture has seen the launch of the Iranian graphic design magazine Neshan, and The 5th Color, a collective formed by what he describes as “the new generation of Iranian graphic designers”.

Mario Sughi

Mario Sughi is an Italian illustrator, cartoonist and historian, living and working in Dublin. In Rome, at the end of the seventies, he worked as humorist in Italian satirical magazines Il Male and Zut. He moved to Dublin in the late eighties where he studied Medieval History and in 1995 he was awarded a PhD by Trinity College Dublin. His colourful illustrations and cartoons, satirical in humour and minimalist in style have been published in international exhibition catalogues (Offf Barcelona 2007, Semi permanent, Sidney 2008, Ink 01 International Illustration Rally, Bilbao 2008); magazines (3x3 Mag / New York, Shift Calendar 2010 / Tokyo, The Dubliner/Dublin, Clam Magazine / Paris - New York, Ideafixa/Brazil, Fluro Magazine / New Zeland), websites ( Juxtapoz, Paintalicious, Yay! Sølve Sundsbø

Sølve Sundsbø is a Norwegian photographer who lives in London. He is a regular contributor to magazines including Pop, i-D, Dazed and Confused, Numéro, Visionaire and Vogue Nippon.—Show Studio.

Cedric "Honet". Born in 1972. Lives and works in Paris, France. Honet rules out completely the idea of introducing sensu stricto graffiti in the exhibition area. So when he's not working for Prada or showing his paintings in the Speerstra gallery; he considers graffiti in his own way, that is to say like a practise : an "act" and not just its result. Graffiti is recorded as an act with "symbolic" nature, a day to day action. "I started graffiti in 1988, painting some walls along the lines tracks and on trains beginning of the 90', in Paris, then across all Europe from London to Bucharest, from Helsinki to Athens and far away cities such as Moscow, Beijing or Tokyo !"—from the artist's site.
